Turn pledges into progress: Unlocking methane insights for investor action

Carbon Mapper's Kenzie Huffman, Director of Strategy and Partnerships, will speak at this event, hosted by EDF+Business. This financial sector event showcases 2025 oil and gas methane data from MethaneSAT and others. Through rotating, expert-led discussions, participants will explore how investors can leverage these insights to drive methane mitigation in today’s complex political and financial landscape.

Carbon Mapper is pleased to take part in Heatmap House, which brings together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and journalists to explore the intersection of climate action, technology, and policy.
Carbon Mapper team members, including Waste Lead Tia Scarpelli, will be available to provide data portal demos and answer questions on the practical applications of our high-precision, granular super-emitter data.

Global Data for Local Action: Maintaining Methane Momentum in the U.S. and Beyond

This panel discussion will highlight new databases, portals, and tools that make it possible to gather better data about the sources and impacts of methane pollution.
This session is designed for journalists, storytellers, local communities, and climate communicators looking for strategies to turn data into impactful storytelling that makes the invisible visible.
Following the panel presentation and Q&A, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail hour across the street at Yves NYC.
