Carbon Mapper, Inc., is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children in its care. It recognizes the responsibility to promote safe practice and to protect all children from harm, abuse and exploitation of children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Carbon Mapper does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. GOVERNING LAW

The Site is published in the United States. We attempt to protect the Personal Information of all users of our Site and we attempt to comply with local data protection and consumer rights laws to the extent they may apply to Carbon Mapper service. However, our Site is located and targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws.
