Carbon Mapper Share New Data Portal and Research Insights at 2023 AGU Fall Meeting

Published on: Dec 1, 2023

Carbon Mapper scientists will join thousands of participants at this year’s annual American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting to advance Earth and space sciences. The annual meeting brings together more than 25,000 attendees from +100 countries to present their work, network, and learn. From December 11–15, 2023, in San Francisco, the meeting convenes around the theme “Wide. Open. Science.” The results-oriented gathering is rooted in celebrating and advancing positive individual and collective scientific outcomes.

Carbon Mapper will have a strong presence at the event, for the first time hosting a kiosk and offering data portal demonstrations in the Innovation and Exploration Zone. Come visit us in the Exhibit Hall at booth #1511 Monday, Dec. 11 through Thursday, Dec. 14 of AGU week.

We’ll also be participating in several sessions as lead authors and co-authors, sharing important research about our work. Our talks and sessions focus on the impact of methane emissions and the importance of remote sensing and satellite monitoring in our global fight against climate change.
